In the fall – you have a sea of orange from the Vol Navy the checked orange/white seating at Neyland Stadium. There is nothing like the passion of UT Football. So if you are visiting the area, you will want to plan ahead to enjoy University of Tennessee football and friends.
While here, make sure you take a pit stop in the Great Smoky Mountains – whether hiking the many trails or shopping or just enjoying the lights in Gatlinburg or Dollywood. If you are an avid boater or fisherman, Fort Loudon Lake (Marina is 5 minutes away) offers some of the best bass fishing around.

Summer Time in the East Tennessee is never boring!
We are blessed to be situated in the Middle of everything – Lakes and Mountains, hiking trails and fishing, boating and tubing, scenery galore. From the Valley to the Smoky Mountains there is much to explore and do.
Fort Loudon Lake has some of the best bass fishing in the area. We are just 5 minutes away from Fort Loudon Marina. They also have boat rentals if you didn’t bring your own.
Hiking and Explore the Great Smoky Mountains and the beauty of Cades Cove are just 45 minutes away.
